Bonjour Laura,

Alorsalors...

Nous sommes en train de réserver nos nuitées au Sud de Nicoya ok, sur vos bons conseils RoooOOo je me suis mise en relation directement avec l'hotel Vista Las Islas pour obtenir un devis ( 462 dollars pour 4 adultes, 3 nuits,  du 13/03 au 16/03 ) , je leur ai ensuite demandé s'ils avaient bien un partenariat avec TOUTCOSTARICA et s'il était possible d'avoir un deuxième devis. ok

Leur réponse m'a un peu surprise, 426 dollars , loin des -20 % ( par carte ) ou -30 % ( en cash)  annoncés avec la pack premium sur votre site Clair, de plus, pour la réservation, l'hotel me précise qu'il faut payer au moins 10 jours à l'avance via paypal ...que pensez vous de cette réponse ? Mmmm, il faut vite envoyer les échanges par mail, appel de l'équipe dans la foulée.

Ce qui est possible, c'est que les 462US$ étaient avant les 13% de taxes (soit 522US$). Et les 426US$ après réduction, c'est avec 20% de réduction Premium ToutCostaRica, mais avec les taxes...

Dois je finalement demander à payer sur place et leur montrer à ce moment la carte premium toutcostarica ? Les hébergements préfèrent toujours un paiement sur place en cash ou paypal à l'avance : les cartes bancaires reviennent cher, pour les commerçants.

Merci pour votre réponse , il est effectivement question de taxes dans nos échanges mais je vous avoue que ce n est pas très clair pour moi..

The discount given in our first email is our special price when booking directly with us. Our regular price is USD 174 + 13 % taxes (and USD 20 per additional guest per night). With ToutCostaRica we can even offer you a better deal. Therefore the price with ToutCostaRica is USD 142 per night and room (with 4 guests). 

We hope this explained our discount system. Should you have any further questions, please feel free to email us at any time. 

Our cancelation policy says that you may cancel your stay with us for free until 10 days prior to your arrival date. Afterwards there is a cancelation fee of 100 %. Therefore we proceed as followed: The payment through PayPal (which we will send you after having confirmed the stay) can be done until 10 days prior to your arrival the latest to secure the room.

Tortuga Island & Snorkeling Tour

Join us on a boat trip to the picturesque Tortuga Island. On the way to the tropical island we pass by some other islands of the Gulf of Nicoya and make a stop at Isla Nancital, also known as the „Spider Monkey Island" to watch the wild monkeys swinging from tree to tree. Afterwards you have the chance to put on a snorkeling mask and explore the volcanic rocks in front of Tortuga Island, which are home to many colorful fish. Changing the snorkeling mask for the sunglasses again, we are heading to the island itself where you can enjoy a swim in the warm waters, stroll along the sugary white sandy beach or relax in the shadow of a swaying palm tree.

Bonjour Laura,

Il y a encore un échange en cours, mais ce qui apparaît, c'est qu'ils avaient déjà fait un effort pour le fait que vous restiez 3 nuits, à 4 personnes.

Par rapport au tarif journalier normal sur leur site (708US$), il y a même 40% de réduction. Mais par rapport au tarif déjà réduit, -10%... C'st sympa de leur part mais frustrant... Cela limite l'avantage Premium à moins de 40US$... La négociation continue !

merci de toujours vous investir autant pour nous aider au mieux dans nos recherches , nous avons finalement eu une réponse positive d un autre logement plus dans notre budget de jeunes vadrouilleuses ! Mars arrivant à grand pas nous avons joué la sécurité et accepté.
